Thank you for your interest in sponsoring or exhibiting at MEDSI 2025! Reservations for sponsors and exhibitors will open in November 2024.
Booth allocation will be based on sponsorship level, with Gold sponsors receiving first priority, followed by Silver and Bronze. Within each level, booths will be assigned in the order payments are received. Once the reservation process is complete, the final booth layout will be shared, and exhibitors will be able to choose their available space according to their priority.
